Neurodivergent Teen Group
A 4 week group to help teens learn the what and the why of neurodivergence. This group is focused on supporting teens with ADHD and Autism and anyone else who falls under the neurodivergent umbrella. We welcome teens ages 14-18 to this group.
Teens attending this group will learn what it means to be neurodivergent and build skills to support themselves. Understanding tools that cater specifically to neurodivergent individuals is invaluable and will allow teens to flourish and grow.
We will be hosting this group with the support of Continuing Hope Counseling and Fairbanks Somatic Therapy & Wellness. Please reach out either via email or phone to sign up or to get more information. We will be accepting insurance as well as self pay participants.
